  • Mr. Alok Sinha is the President of the Bhartiya Legal Support  Foundation previously known as Bhartiya Society for Socio- Economic Development in Global Arena, which is registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1822 providing complementary legal advisory support & concessional active legal service to NRI for property matters, successions, will, mutation and other kind of legal services.
  • Uniting NRI is one of the main aims through which it is desired to create a common strong platform to raise a voice against wrongs and support right.

To achieve this object, membership is provided through the associations such as temple committees, gurudwara committees, etc. who are having huge number of members and their member will automatically become members of Bhartiya Legal Support Foundation. Besides, individual memberships area also offered.

  • As a President of the Bhartiya Legal Foundation, due to his initiative high level national and international conferences were organized by Bhartiya Legal Support Foundation for removing apprehensions of law and informing investment opportunities, government incentives and related investment laws and also simplifying the law by a common platform where parliamentarians, jurists, law makers and industrialists gather for development of law.
  • He has been a key speaker on subject matters of FDI, investment, RBI, DIPP, FEMA, etc. along with other with eminent experts and has been the chief guest and guest of honor in conferences held in countries like UK, USA, Switzerland, Ireland, etc., organized by reputed organizations.

Mr. Sinha has a strong feeling that we all have kind heart for the old and the disabled people but, looking for a trustworthy media who can be a link between them and the old age and Cheshire Homes, etc. Therefore, Bhartiya Legal Support Foundation has taken these activities seriously in interest of our people.

  • He has also been a publisher of the Eyelid Global Indian magazine which is  circulated it in UK informing about the investment laws and opportunities of  investment for the growth and prosperity of our country.

Mr. Sinha is extensively involved in promoting bilateral trade and investment across the globe. He has been involved in an advisory capacity of various government initiatives.

ICEX (Spanish Institute of Commercia Exterior) is a commercial administrative wing in Spain which helps for promoting commercial activities and supporting investors from their country technically and financially by giving them opportunities to venture into developing world markets and centres of business. The representatives of ICEX personally invited Mr. Alok Sinha to support and provide help to promote bilateral investments between Spain and India.

The Malta Enterprise asked Mr. Alok Sinha to extend his help to promote investment to their country. The advantages of double taxation treaty between the two countries could be availed by investors and can be a motivational factor.

Similar advantages of Double Taxation treaty are shared by the governments of Mauritius and India. The investment Commissioner of Mauritius attended a conference of Bhartiya Legal Support Foundation and asked Mr. Sinha for his support to promote investments to his country.

Mexican Ambassy approached Mr. Alok Sinha and sought help from ASC Solicitors and Advocates to provide necessary support to a chain of investors from Mexico particularly in Restaurant business, to find suitable partners for joint ventures and for making investments in India by utilizing his vast legal knowledge, contacts and his capability as President of Bhartiya Legal Support Foundation and ASC Solicitors and Advocates.

Mexican chain of investors visiting India requested Mr. Sinha for his support in bilateral interaction for commercial purposes.

Mr. Sinha’s work in the field of law, investments and employment has also been appreciated and supported by Planning Commission of India and International Labour Organisation (ILO- UNO Agency), at various ventures/ conferences organised by Bhartiya Legal Foundation.
